I have a hair pulling student who is struggling with how to make healing trich her top priority in the middle of a busy and demanding career as a college instructor with the responsibility for 75 students. In our last mentoring session we talked about how to take care of important responsibilities while keeping her focus on the most important goal–healing her compulsive hair pulling behavior.

What do you need to focus on? Are you chasing two rabbits?
